Properkeys is a real estate agent based in Mauritius. The agency has more than 10 years of experience in offering specialist advisory services to its clients.

Properkeys needed a brand new identity to target an upscale market. Their original logo was a simple digital symbol that was not appropriate to achieve their goals. Their whole image had to be redesigned to communicate their high standard services driven by excellent knowledge of their market’s requirement.

The new logo is composed of the slick symbol of a stylish old fashioned key, representing the agency’s rich background and know-how in the residential property field. Once the logo symbol carefully polished, we incorporated the name and location of the business with the appropriate serif typography. We opted for burgundy and gold colours to communicate trust worthy experience and wisdom. We further developed the agency’s identity with patterns derived from the same elegant and professional touch, used to enhance the visuals throughout the collaterals.
